      Pros

      Brinkmann is not a terrible company as a whole and there are some great people working there. They have some great benefits. They has an ESOP, 401K, money towards a trip at your 5 and 10 year anniversaries along with an extra week vacation, yearly bonus, and more.

      Cons

      Over the last year, five in accounting department have left because of this environment. Four of them were with the company for more than 5 years and one almost 20 years, three left with no new job lined up. There is constant feeling of unease and stress. It is a very unpleasant environment to work in.

      Pros

      You get paid ontime, decent benifits.

      Cons

      Worst subcontractors I have experienced in my 42 year career. Zero office support for field. Unqualified project managers and a very high turnover rate. They have a broken chain of command and dispute their " open door policy" you will be terminated before they address issues. Very hostile work environment. They talk a good game but reality is they don't back it up.

      Great Company and Culture

      Pros

      What I like about working for Brinkmann is we have the resources of a national firm at our disposal, yet the Phoenix office is just starting to grow so the atmosphere is almost family like. Also the things the team does each day have a big impact on our growth. Its nice to know my hard work makes a real difference and is also recognized as such.

      Cons

      Due to the small size of the Phx office going through a growth period there is a to be expected lag with hiring staff. Some days or weeks I have the joy of assisting other departments.
