Great Company

Pros

Great support from company and supervisor. Felt very valued at an employee. Lots of resources to help and educate me. Fair compensation. Started part time but had 2 different opportunities to switch to full time if I wanted and lots of opportunities to add additional sites/projects/hours if I wanted. Always willing to work with me to me mine and clients needs.

Cons

Slow process to get site program started and client I worked with was slow to give approval/initiate projects for me to work on.

Flexible schedule, great and informative training, opportunities for continuing educations, responsive administration, overall leader in the industry of industrial sports medicine!

Cons

The only con is that work slowed down during the pandemic
