      The company is spread across a wide region. So I don't get to interact as much as I'd like with other team mates

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to grow and work. Supportive environment. Growing quickly. Management attempts to stay connected. Ideas are encouraged. Very tech savvy and on the leading edge of technology. Many jobs are part time and lots of flexibility.

      Cons

      If you need someone to tell you what to do, you may not do well here. You need to be able to keep momentum going and be self motivated to complete your tasks.

      Pros

      Work with bright, talented and creative people who are good at what they do. They occasionally promote from within and have an excellent continuing education offering for part-time & full-time employees.

      Cons

      Must know how to "manage up." Not a lot of value placed on employees in non-management or C-level positions. Communication between upper management and staff was poor. Compensation often wasn't equitable.
