Pros

Flexible scheduling and laid back environment. You don't get micromanaged. It is a low stress job. You don't need to take work home with you.

Cons

Briotix Health does not value their employees. There was no compensation for working through the pandemic and putting ourselves at higher risk by working with COVID19 patients.

Great working conditions, coworkers are knowledgeable and helpful. Wonderful patients at this company site.

Cons

Topped out on pay. Did not know there was a ceiling when I was hired. They forgot to tell me that part. I took a pay cut to come work here.

Pros

Where to start, from the on-boarding process through my 1st day, it was a smooth transition. I've been working for Briotix since December 2018 and I can literally say that I've never worked for a company who cares so much for it's employees. I was given the best training and allowed to learn at my own pace. I feel appreciated and I couldn't be happier. I can see myself working here until I am old and grey! Benefits are wonderful, the office staff is nice and helpful.

Cons

I have no Cons at this time, and don't believe there will be.
