Pros

The staff at Bristol Farms is like a family. I was hired during the dark days of covid and was thankful for the social support I received at work. The people who work here really are passionate about what they do. Each department has a passionate creative leader who is innovative and inspired. They even get into competitions between departments about which team is performing the best. Lots of career support and open communication. Great, friendly people.

Cons

It's still a grocery store job. And, though I felt very supported at the beginning of my employment as far as getting to full-time with benefits, this quickly became suspicious and my hours were strategically cut. I left at this point in fear of my hours being cut further.
