What a Mess

Pros

Co-workers were mostly great, Most customers, too.

Cons

Store directors are uneducated fools, as is upper management. It's a job you take while learning something else, as to move up you'd have to be as small minded as the management. Store is filthy, homeless and shoplifters are free to "wash up" or eat lunch in the restroom for 30 minutes at a time, stealing is rampant, hot bar is unsanitary, and many employees are rude to customers. No way I'd shop here. Very glad I don't work there anymore.

Pros

Customers. The majority of them are nice and appreciative of your service. Under new Store Management.

Cons

Behind the scenes nonsense, politics, favoritism (before the management mentioned above). It's a customer service based business but they constantly cut hours. you cut hours, you cut service. This hurts employees and most importantly it hurts the customer.

Pros

Good opportunities for growth and work can be fun.

Cons

Many incentives have been removed and the cutting of hours and constant management changes can create a disorganized environment.
