Pros

The environment is friendly and great. Most employees are easy going and fun. Mostly the ones that have been in a company for a while and really enjoy their job. There are some youngsters that don't care about the job so that can be a bit stressful. Now that has become a private company again, benefits are getting better but they are not as god as couple of years ago.

Cons

There is a lot favoritism. In order to save money, they have been hiring people from outside the company instead of promoting people from within. There a lot of people that have invested their time in the company and there are just taken for granted.

Pros

Great opportunity to advance your skills in a customer service career. Great regular clientele if your up for a challenge in working with persnickety yet decent people. For the most part, great coworkers that are fun to be around and work with.

Cons

Low raises unless you get promoted to a higher position. Really high maintenance clientele. Some of them are nice. Most are not. Most workers are not full time to avoid paying benefits.

higher clientelle nice uniforms knowledgable staff lower manager better than head manager fresh food but overpriced some mean customers too long on feet

Cons

too long on feet- need more time to relax needs more employees should be able to stop and rest while cameras are watching
