Pros
Brilliant, flexible and truly appreciative ownership and management group. Above average salary for area. Incredible benefits package. Great organizational culture established. Loads of group help with job when needed. Flexible hours. Project rather than deadline oriented. Very comfortable and fun working environment which includes a Wii and other games for when you need a brain break.
Cons
You might run across the occasional riff-raff in the downtown area of Springfield but to this point I've never been threatened or panhandled. The learning curve on picking up some of the Insurance rules and red tape can be a bit daunting.
