Pros

Generous benefits. Excellent work/life balance.

Cons

Not a team environment. Pay can be a little bit more generous compared to the industry.

Job not a career.

Pros

Summer fridays IF workload allows (expect to take 4 of the 12 offered). PTO, vacation & benefits average.

Cons

Workload is extremely high. Not enough employees to meet the demand. Pay is lower than local average. Worked alot of overtime and not compensated. Still couldn't keep up with work load. Average turnover rate is 2-4 years. Be prepared to not be appreciated and deal with emotionally triggered supervisors. High stress, always made to feel fear of loosing job. Middle management is cut throat. Alot of politics. Zero opportunity for advancement or training in anything useful. Morale is low. Expect raises only to be 2% no value from reviews and bonuses aren't even a week's pay. Expect your work is waiting for you, if you take PTO. Zero ingenuity.

Pros

Brixmor has a new executive team that empowers employees and has an open-door policy. That's a good thing for great employees, but there is nowhere to hide if you are below average. Definitely a much-improved culture.

Cons

Still getting the team to function seamlessly with many new people, but that will come with time. Benefits are good, but could be more generous.
