Promotes from within, pay for performance environment, great benefits/perks & PTO, very professional and inclusive workplace, leaders believe in and demonstrate the mission and culture tenets via their actions.

Cons

Lack of a clear telecommuting policy is a sore spot for many. Some are allowed to work from home/remotely, others not, even if their jobs can easily be done remotely.

Brixmor's tenet of "great real estate matters, but great people matter more" resonates through the growing benefits and opportunities it offers employees and also through it's continuing efforts to develop its properties, people and processes. It's a great company to learn the business.

Cons

Not really a con, but there are regular deadlines that have to be met and you just need to plan. The good thing is you'll know about these in advance.
