It used to be the people..but everyone is miserable now since the new CFO started.

Cons

Honestly, i dont know where to begin. There are better companies to work for..no flex work at home, which for most daily duties, theres no reason to be in the office everyday..Awful salaries.thats a whole another story in itself. Trust me, keep looking.

Previously the company use to give people chances. They trained and promoted people from within.

Cons

Management always looks to cut cost at the cost of employees. The saying “everyone gets expensive at some point” isn’t just a saying here and it is a matter of time as pay and/or your title increases.
