Great Beginnings, Disappointing Ending

Pros

Initially, the company provided strong support and recognition. Programs like "Broad Cares" started with promising goals and showed genuine potential—opportunities to build strong relationships with residents and improve property performance.

Cons

Over time, communication from leadership became inconsistent, and response times to urgent property needs were often delayed. The support structures weakened over the last year for onsite teams. Promises were made through new programs, and they did not match the follow-through. Being let go without explanation, despite consistent positive feedback and no disciplinary history which was surprising and disappointing.

Pros

The pay was decent and the staff that I worked with was very friendly

Cons

At first they seem to be all about family and work life balance but then when you get sick with a serious illness, you get, let go. While my local office was great to work for it is corporate that was very eager to work out with me. Once they found out I had cancer then suddenly they changed and I was fired on my lunch break.

A company that truly treats you with respect!

Pros

You are treated with respect and they value your opinions. The corporate staff works with you as part of a team Good benefits and compensation. Broad looks within the team when new positions become available prior to advertising which provides its employees room to grow and advance.

Cons

When I think of the other companies I have worked for I have no cons when it comes to Broad Management. The property I was first hired for sold and not only was I allowed to stay with Broad but they founds homes for my entire team not something most companies do.
