Pros
Broad Management provides a great work-life balance. I started working at Broad while I was a full-time college student, and was given training and assistance to advance and apply my studies. Being the young and evolving company that it is, I was granted many opportunities for growth in a short amount of time. It is a warm office environment, where feedback and ideas are constantly welcomed.
Cons
The nature of the management company is that the corporate staff works remotely with the staff onsite. This allows for miscommunication, and can therefore lead to inadequate performance at times.
