Good work or the work which might top management will focus is given to close buddies of the managers even though he/she is not capable of it. 5. No Employee refreshments.

Pros

Good package, good stock options (one of best in Indian IT)

Cons

Hire and Fire, Forcing employees to be in office even during covid-19 pandemic times for absolutely no reason other than HR policy. Fired a huge number of people during pandemic time even though there was no reported loss/revenue crisis.

Pros

You get to work on some of the latest technologies. Work culture is pretty open, flexible hours. You get to work with best minds.

Cons

Sometimes workload is too high. In Recent times focus from innovation has deviated and you cannot work on your new ideas unless it's approved
