Business Outlook
Pros
Decent compensation and stock participation, if you can survive. Stock price keeps beating market. Very lean culture, very low bureaucracy.
Cons
Pressure cooker. Every group is constantly squeezed to do more with fewer people. Layoffs or headcount reductions a near constant theme. Forced rankings of employees with bonus and job on the line means internal competition to look good, reducing cooperation between team members. And CEO/CFO don't understand software or direct sales, but keep pushing hardware/OEM operating and sales perspective onto software parts of the business. CEO also a bit of a micro manager.
