“Revolving Door” type of job.

Pros

Competitive pay, great benefits and everyone is super helpful and willing to answer any questions.

Cons

They give the best opportunities to the older sales people. You are expected to learn quick, and the quota is kind of impossible to hit. There were months that NO ONE on the team hit quota. You better get real close to management or you’ll be cut quick.

Burnout, and low pay. Also really strict with 9-5 hours.

Pros

Great benefits, great leadership. The office is really fun and there are lots of dogs walking around! HR is tip top you'll have a lot of support there

Cons

Hard to qualify quota, no leads, low compensation, no job security, churn and burn cold calling which is exhausting

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback (which we will for sure pass along to HR! Such a nice thing to hear <3) ! One thing we all miss about being remote first is the heavy dog-presence in the office. Nothing like a fur baby cuddle to boost your serotonin for the day! Appreciate the notes about the downsides, too - sales is for sure a tough job, and hearing what could be better is very helpful.
