Good product and good people

Pros

I like the mission. You get the product quickly. And you'll quickly see customers getting great benefits from it. It's easy to get behind. Not all the work is glamorous - but the team works together. The culture is a work hard / everyone working together mixed with a lot of fun. Happy hours often, music playing, DJs and karaoke. The team knows how to have fun.

Cons

It is a job after all. Expectations are clear but also demanding. Cold calls and dealing with non tech savvy business owners aren't easy things.

Broadly is a fast paced, growing company focusing on the small medium business user generated review market within the US. They have a teamwork oriented, relationship driven team and are going to be very very successful within their target market....

Cons

Typica startup problems that come along with a rapid ramp up and growth...

Pros

We have an amazing foundation of culture here at Broadly. I'm really happy to have made the switch over from my last company. The product delivers what small businesses need to succeed and it's a no-brainer to fully believe in the product and what we're doing for our customers.

Cons

The Broadly 5. The amazing snacks we have and occasional baked goods that make their way into the office are difficult to resist. Is that really a con though?
