Pros

It's incredible to be selling a product that truly impacts local businesses. Reviews are one of the most important factors and influencers of making a purchasing decision. We are able to leverage the power of word of mouth for our customers to boost their review presence on Google and Yelp. Beyond excited to be a member of the Broadly Family.

Cons

Very few, like any Inside Sales job, there is a lot of output. You will get out of it whatever you want to put in effort wise.

Pros

I left a 10-year large corporate role to join this tech start-up and it was one of the best decisions of my life! I'm a mom to an infant son and so I did not make my decision lightly. After experiencing major burnout at my old company, it was time for a change. There were a few criteria that I knew I wouldn't budge on when searching for the next company I would join. I wanted to find a company that valued diversity in its employees, encouraged creativity, believed in a work life balance, possessed great benefits and promoted a caring, almost family like type of environment. Broadly does all of that for me and a bag of chips (literally they have a ton of snacks)! I love my team and enjoy coming into work every day. How many people can really say that about their jobs? Another plus is knowing that my work matters. I get the incredible opportunity to help small businesses grow and thrive :-)

Cons

Hmmmm... no real cons here. The selection of snacks does make it hard to decide what to munch on throughout the day. There is such a thing as the Broadly 15... expect to pack on those wonderful pounds!

Pros

Awesome product! Awesome company culture! Awesome benefits! Awesome co-workers! Awesome CEO! Awesome management! Awesome recruiter! Plus awesome location too! It's super close to both 12th and 19th street bart in Oakland. Broadly is simply awesome. I have so many friends who work for Tech companies in San Francisco and when I tell them about work, they all think I'm so lucky. I also like the fact that the product we're trying to sell really helps small business owners grow their business.

Cons

Cold-calling is easy. It's setting and actually having demos held that have proven to be extremely challenging. But this is also very role specific.
