Pros

Number of leaves. Geographical location of the office (IT Hub of the city). Good place for people who are easy going with respect to career and not interested to follow any standard processes in their work.

Cons

Lack of onsite opportunities. Lacks brand value. Not well organized. Culture is compelling. Poor Compensation and Benefits. Food in office sucks. Poor workplace areas. Pretty congested. HR Policies - Bonds/Agreements for almost any kind of program beneficial to employees. Poor training.
