Pros

1. Lot to learn as the range of products is large. 2. Flexible work hours 3. Decent pay

Cons

1. Only self learning, no documentation or training 2. NO CAREER Planning or growth options, you keep doing the same thing all your life 3. Management treats everybody as one more person who is there to do his work but no weightage or concern about employee issues. Some mid/senior level people are the only ones that management thinks are important 4. Decision making, planning and budgets are handled only by senior management. Managers have no involvement in these activites even for their teams(not even in reviews) 5. have to deal with a lot of russian developers who cannot speak english or even understand wghat is needed in the products. 6. Client services is the weakest organisation, they are directed by IT and development on what they need to tell clients rather than client facing people telling othernon-client facing groups as to what the priorities are.
