OK, depending on the department...

Pros

Good work/life balance, rarely need to work overtime. If you stay long enough chances are you'll get promoted to manager.

Cons

Tied down with bureaucratic systems, quality of co-workers highly variable. Company doesn't spend a lot of time actually trying to do anything innovative. Sometimes employees try to do something innovative but company is a hinderance to that. Doesn't pay very well for the financial industry, so tends to lose employees to clients (who pay better).

Pros

small company based on headcount, and you get access to senior management. gives enough flexibility to work on the projects that you like.

Cons

enough branding is not there yet, as it is a spin off company. female inclusion is yet to happen in big scale.
