Pros

Pay - but must ask and demand more as it seems you don’t get raises once you start People seem to be nice Phone given to you at no cost Leader has vision and strategy in place You can get any supplies to you

Cons

Don’t get yearly raises based on feedback from people once I was inside Work life balance Micromanaging No flexibility Poor leadership No sabbatical No unlimited pto, can’t take time off unless it’s been accurred Unable to pay vacation week until your second year No reimbursement for internet Low stock offered compared to other companies Expectations unrealistic, they work you to death Leadership seems disconnected Not open to ideas or change Employee moral is extremely low, people are so unhappy it’s like a virus High turnover High burnout Low hours without consideration of your personal life Your expected to do so much with low resources, they don’t listen even you complain All business, leaders don’t know how to have fun No weekly or touch points with leadership

Pros

Free Bagels on Tuesday and Thursday. 401K matching up to 6%.

Cons

This is for the Mt. Laurel site and development staff only (previously QED)! "Old School"-type Development Management where managers that have never written code dictate the estimates and insist developers meet them. Multiple groups "managing" the developers simultaneously with upper level managers working remote. Inconsistency in treatment of Developers. Lack of transparency/corporate alignment regarding team and performance objectives. Non-value added tasks added to developer's workload to "pad" manager resumes. Avoid this place! If I could rate it 0, I would.
