Cons

I still can’t believe I resigned from my prior employer to assume the responsibilities tasked on the team I’m currently on. Stay away from Operations; Note this review is based on the team I currently work on and not the company. Let’s first address that once you leave the office in the evening you’re expected to complete your assigned task if not finished during your leisure. This is a red flag. You’re essentially overworked with no time for yourself. Management & Peers over step their boundaries and will micro manage you and your duties. Sneaky culture that is filled with folks who like to assert their power and presence; dog eat dog mentatilty plus condescending approach. Salary provided is low comparable to the work load remember how I mention you take the work home with you so you’re working overtime and it’s exempt. Undervalued and not acknowledged for the work performed. So I truly regret leaving my previous employment for a place that makes you miserable. Note to those seeking employment here, please make sure you join the right team but there is no way of knowing unless you do an externship and it is there you’ll know.
