      Pros

      Flexible work hours ( at least in my team), less work load, location of office is very convenient

      Cons

      Blame game, poor culture, petty minded people and no professionalism at all. HR misguides candidates - tells all wrong things about process and company. Reality is different inside.

      Pros

      Great balance between work and life. Everyone is intelligent but at the same time knows how to relax and focus on the bigger things in life. Each department has numerous different activities throughout the year such as team outings for softball, or even a booze cruise at the end of the year. Really focuses on the employees which is good.

      Cons

      Project management lacking, management can do much better than this.

      Pros

      Job security, Good HR policies. Good for freshers. Watch your back if you are working more years there.

      Cons

      Management in India is not worth enough discussing. They run by their own rules, They want appreciation from clients, which is again Broadridge company but US managers. Even managers in US propose a promotion but they don't take it. So there is no matching to their words. More over, a manager says that you cannot beg for promotion, it should be given. After working 6 years there and worked in many locations and worked with clients directly and they provided an excellent feed back. Felt terrible after talking about my promotion.
