      Pros

      Nothing really outstanding. Average company overall. Average pay. Average benefits.

      Cons

      They appear to ask for employee opinions but if it doesn't agree with the manager, the opinions are often discarded. Stale management - some managers have been in the same position for over 25 years and nothing has changed. No promotions. nominal increases.

      Pros

      Some great people. Great clients (when you are allowed to manage their expectations)

      Cons

      It's a revolving door. Too many contractors who eventually leave, too many permanent staff leaving for better pay, a less stressful job and a more organized management. The management is incoherent and stale! Some really awful and questionable leadership!

      Pros

      Great balance between work and life. Everyone is intelligent but at the same time knows how to relax and focus on the bigger things in life. Each department has numerous different activities throughout the year such as team outings for softball, or even a booze cruise at the end of the year. Really focuses on the employees which is good.

      Cons

      Not too many cons. Maybe focusing more on possible areas of business to explore rather than on existing customers.
