Pros

If you suck up to management by bringing them food, alcohol or pictures of your pet and change your pro nouns they will love you and let you get away with anything.

Cons

No work life balance, if you speak up about biased treatment they will find any reason to let you go. Everyone in my training class left a few months after starting. I stayed as long as I could due to having a family to support but ended being let go after taking some time off due to bereavement. They also wanted me to work a 12 hour shift without a break and when I spoke up about it I was let go.

Horrible customer service since the merger. Sefcu took over replacing capcom staff. Instilled the low sefcu customer service score. Pushed out capcom employees

Pros

No Pros at all, the place is a weird cult. You are on call 24 hours a day, no one respects your free time at all.

Cons

- Always on call - Management bugs you on days off and Vacations - You have to use your personal phone for customers, who will call and text you at all hours of the night. - Very toxic environment “ we are a family” type of place. - Force you to do “company events” during off work hours. - Very low pay for the job being preformed. -Male managers are creepy around females.
