Pros

Pay is good. Team is good. Leadership is good. Tech Infrastructure could use some work. Overall recommend.

Cons

They do not allow their teller staff to sit when there are clients in the branch. This is a huge disadvantage as other credit unions and banks in the area do allow their teller staff to sit. I believe sitting leads to better customer service as you're not focused on the pain from long hours of standing.
