Narcissistic and Unethical Leadership

Pros

There are still some good lower level employees left there, though Return to Office has greatly reduced that number. Job security is relatively strong if you are willing to be treated poorly on a daily basis.

Cons

As the saying goes, "a fish rots from the head down". This place had a lot of potential but unscrupulous managers have destroyed it. The way to be successful is to just say "yes" to everything, even if the request is unreasonable and / or impossible. Then, when the request is not met, blame everyone else (and even throw your own team under the bus if needed). Top players have made it to the "in" clique with this exact approach. It seems like this behavior is not only tolerated, but encouraged.
