Pros

No Pros at all, the place is a weird cult. You are on call 24 hours a day, no one respects your free time at all.

Cons

- Always on call - Management bugs you on days off and Vacations - You have to use your personal phone for customers, who will call and text you at all hours of the night. - Very toxic environment “ we are a family” type of place. - Force you to do “company events” during off work hours. - Very low pay for the job being preformed. -Male managers are creepy around females.

The merge ruined everything

The pay, the members, the job itself was excellent

Cons

Prejudiced management, racist, nepotism, they want to get rid of all the old capcom employees in the merge and have only sefcu employees left in Broadview

Toxic work environment HR operations are heavily prioritized around corporate risk mitigation rather than employee well-being. CEO and C-level are out of touch with what really goes on day to day
