Pros

I have never met a more competent group of management in a company. Great company to work for. The home/work balance is fantastic. Family comes first. Even though most companies say this, Broadway lives it. They hire some of the best people in the industry but only the ones that don't have a "chip on their shoulder". Free lunches every day, beer always in the fridge. It's like the .com's all over.... but actually having a business plan and customers.

Cons

None that I can really think of.

Pros

I've been at Broadway for many years and have been pleased to see its admirable core values remain essentially unchanged as the size of the company has increased. My colleagues remain simply astonishing. They're very smart *and* very good technically, plus they're a lot of fun to be around. The work we do is both challenging and interesting, and you have a real impact on how things turn out. At the same time, Broadway is extremely flexible in allowing you to manage your own time. We work hard on difficult projects, but the stress level is remarkably low.

Cons

If you want to hide out in a company that puts 40 developers on each project and you write 100 lines of code a year and just sort of coast along, then Broadway isn't for you. On the other hand, if that scenario sounds like a nightmare to you, then Broadway could be an excellent fit.

Pros

Broadway is serious about being the best in the business. They only hire incredibly smart people. More great things about Broadway: cool technology, customers pay for innovation, excellent base comp and distribution of profits, fun friendly atmosphere. Management gives us plenty of opportunity to try out new things and own projects.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about Broadway. I've never worked with a smarter group of people, the technology is cool, and they pay well.
