      Great new campus brings company together

      Pros

      This summer Brocade moved to a brand new custom built campus in San Jose boarder to Milpitas. It’s easier to work with other groups now that we are all in one campus. I have been given the flexibility to set my own career course here at Brocade. Management looks favorably on those who are self driven to get the job done. The company is good about having quarterly all hands meetings so, we get to hear directly from the ex’s on what is going on..

      Cons

      Brocade may be behind other companies in it's acceptance in the flexible schedule of tele-commuting but, there are certainly more accepted then, a year ago.
