Employees are trusted to manage their work and have autonomy in their day. The company provides flexibility to meet both personal and professional commitments and supports the employees with great benefits, lots of opportunity for feedback and a collaborative team approach.

Cons

Because there are so many offices at BrokerLink it is easy to forget that you are part of a bigger company and the company could do a better job of bringing people together.
