Good team environment, learning opportunities to advance yourself, bonus program, some areas have flexible hours, training is available if you're starting in the industry with no experience

Cons

Can be extremely stressful, some targets are unattainable, management is unwilling to provide assistance and support, how to advance is unclear, relatively low paying industry

The Brokerage is owned by Intact and has strong financial backing; however, I would truly think twice about working here. unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about my experience at Broker-link.

Cons

Management is the biggest issue within this organization. The worst management I have ever dealt with in my professional career.
