Excellent benefits package including health benefits, RRSP matching plan, ESPP, fitness subsidy, good amount of vacation time, personal days, etc. Good working conditions, top of the line technology and advancement opportunities.

Cons

It's a stressful and demanding job. Difficult to service clients at times because of how busy it is.

Good benefits, flexibility in schedules and good starting pay. Management open to help me advance my career anyway they can. Working for a company owned by Intact financial can open a lot of doors.

Cons

Sales calls are not there hard to make commission.
