Good bonuses and sick days. Management is understanding if there is an emergency. Accommodating for vacations. Also had a number of BBQS, and potlucks. Made holidays worth while to work on.

Cons

Management are stuck up and VERY inappropriate when it comes to anything. Most individuals are related or dating so a lot of favoritism and gossip spread including by management. A lot of "cliques"
