This company is the most stressful company to work for! We were bought by Brokerlink a few years ago and prior to them acquiring our office our environment and management was a wounder full place to work. Since these corporate sobs swooped in everything has changed! 3 staff members have been on and off from stress leave (which was never an issue for them prior), there is a lot of micro managing. You can't move up in the company unless you're friends or family with management. I was also promised a sales position which I still has not happened but someone junior to me was given. I don't recommend working for this company and I will be out of here as soon as the opportunity presents itself

Inexperienced, Ignorant, Incompetent Management, Poor Office Moral, High Staff Turnover (most employees are constantly searching for other employment, myself included!) Unmanageable Workloads, Below Average Pay.
