Location is good that is the only thing I can think of!

Cons

Discrimination Racism Get paid for 8 hours but work for 10 hours a day to meet expectations otherwise you will be fired . You have to be the favourite person of manager to survive not by showing skills or talent but by buttering them everyday. Racism on high level Politics on high level You will end up getting high level stress but they will never care about you Very toxic workplace

Good benefits, some good managment on lower level

Terrible upper management Small offices = more drama Employees who gossip No work from home option, sucks when you're sick Always understaffed - you are going to work more Most employees don't know what they're doing and you'll end up cleaning more work than doing your own work. Company too stuck on customer service and not enough on employees well being / working conditions. They are also so numbers focused which becomes really stressful and doesn't make the job fun anymore.
