Pros

Really great benefits, full health and dental, vision is not as great but still ’good’

Cons

Everything you do is tracked. Every minute of your work day is assessed, and every phone call is listen to at least twice. It’s really frustrating to sell insurance, there’s no product offering, or competitive edge to any of the products. All the coverages are the same, the only difference really is the name of the companies. If you enjoy sales, and don’t like call centres, I would pass.

Pros

Benefits are good, hybrid work environment available for those able to do so. Some of the managers are great, others not so much. Lots of friendly co-workers

Cons

Corporate. You're just a # to them, even though they claim to value their employees well being. They don't. It's all about profit for them, and nothing else. They'll fight you on any concern you have. Crappy bonus platform. Lots of micro management. No full time work from home, and the hybrid work approach can be used against you or as a way of control. Management does not feel open to suggestions/chats, unapproachable.
