Excellent benefits/ holidays/ personal days/ employee share purchase plan/ RSP match

Cons

Definitely undervalued in certain roles within the company and treated truly like you are replaceable and just an employee number- raises and bonuses are proof in the pudding so negotiate a fair rate of pay from the onset as you won't advance in pay for years to come.

Hours were fine. Training is decent, as are benefits.

Cons

Call centre, but don’t call it that! Clients are super unhappy coming from small service-oriented brokerages to this big conglomerate. If you had a group of clients before, you no longer have them as they are now in the pool with everyone else. Same with calling in, they can’t request you.
