Health benefits and your actual team.

Cons

Turned being a personal service in to a Call Centre atmosphere with no privacy. Making the job so much harder. Customers hate it and the senior managers tell the staff too bad. Get use to it and to train the customers better.

They actively encourage brokers to excel, especially when it comes to continuing education and professional development.

Cons

There can be high sales pressure, especially during peak seasons, and some teams may experience micromanagement depending on the leadership style.
