Pros

The people you work with can be great. The benefits package is okay, but the company has chipped away at them every year.

Cons

Poor management / ownership that cares very little for the workforce. The facility is constantly understaffed with a high turnover rate, resulting in everyone lower in the company being overworked and underpaid. Ownership / Management's opinion seems to be "just replace them."

There are no pros about Bronco Wine Company.

Cons

The management of the company is dominated by three owners. While I appreciate that the goal of business is to maximize shareholder wealth, they do so in a manner with no regard for employees.

I had access to every aspect of the company. Everyone was approachable from the winemakers to the owners. If you want to learn about the World Wide Wine It is a great company for you. Great for independent people.

Cons

It's a family owned company, so there lacks transparency that you may get from other company's. If you need to be held like an infant it may not be a good fit.
