Helping clients, providing mitigation, seeing the opportunities to really intervene and make a difference. Some good leadership

Cons

Org is focused on hiring atty's that do not reflect the population served. Microagressions and racism and very apparent and challenging to navigate. Pay is terrible, OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID
