- Great experience for entry-level attorneys - Attorneys are taken care of in all aspects. - Serving the Bx Community - Management team are great Attorneys but lack as "Managers"

Cons

- Ops and Administrative team often forgotten - The Management team needs basic management skills, a significant liability to the organization.
