It is very hard to start a career there unless you have a good experience or spend a good deal of time interning.

Pros

Dedicated supervisors who care about the work, the clients, but also the staff. Great opportunities for professional development and excellent training is provided.

Cons

Caseloads can get high, but that's true of any legal services job. Could also benefit from a little more transparency from management, but it's better than other places I've worked.
