Holistic - approaching problems from many angles Young - vibrant and involved community welcomes in all Caring - High level of investment in clients is impressive and inspiring Overall, the best work place I've ever been!

Cons

Time and emotional commitment can be tiring at times, but definitely worth it. The work is beyond interesting and changes every day, always providing excitement. Though they've had their troubles, it is still one of the best firms out there.
