Clients are incredible, social workers and advocates are great, pay/PTO is unbeatable, the union is strong and gives you a lot of protections, coworkers are super open

Cons

Supervisors are poorly trained and poorly communicative, upper management piles on work to lower level employees, different practice area hierarchy, lawyer supremacy, people on the admin team treated disrespectfully.
