Your colleagues will be some of the most dedicated and committed individuals you’ve met. Great support and vision for representing clients zealously against unjust systems.

Cons

Come with the reality that this is a non-profit. Things will not be perfect nor will you get paid what you should for the amount of work you put in. This is more a systemic issue than a commentary on the workplace itself.
