Pros

The agency mission is great and the scope of services it provides to the community is impressive.

Cons

Outdated management practices. Very rigid. You must "punch in and out" with your fingerprint. Senior management has been there forever. Some are truly terrible to work with, others are okay. Things don't change much because the senior management lifers like the way they operate. Turnover is huge. People in both entry level and more experienced jobs leave all the time. Employees vest at 3 years and about a minute later, they are out the door (if they hadn't left before that).

Pros

There are none. This company has very low ethical standards; therefore, those who possess the qualities and theoretical knowledge needed to succeed, but lack the "necessary" application are misled or seen as not viable.

Cons

They attempt to get cheap labor by interviewing people for one position, mention that you may be more qualified for a lesser position, than explain that good job performance will lead to advancement. They lack proper professional ethics, attempt to over sale the possibilities, and under produce on reality!
