Pros

Fellow employees are great to work with

Cons

DO not give accumulated vacation time back when you give 2 weeks notice, they expect at least one month notice but do not tell you until you quit that you are not getting your accumulated vacation. Caseloads to large and expect you to do outreach on your own, do not like you to team up..

Pros

The organization provides amazing services to the individuals in the community. They truly aim to fulfill their overall mission and goal. Through this organization, I have gained tremendous knowledge of the social services field and I believe what I have learned will help me excel in my career moving forward.

Cons

There is lack of teamwork agency wide. Secondly, the agency does a great job helping the clients but they do not provide proper assistance to staff members which ultimately leads to burnout. Due to budget limitations and program needs, many workers are given an overload of responsibilities.
