Pros

Great leadership and chance to lovingly care for seniors. Staff are respected, and many work there for years. I worked ther for 23 years! Good benefits and salary increases yearly. Work place like a family, with staff caring for one another.

Cons

At times, working with seniors can be difficult. Must have patience.
